By joining the Sharon Hess Referral Partner Program, you agree to the following:
Referral Commission
Referral Partners earn a 10% commission on payments Sharon Hess actually receives from clients referred through their unique referral link.
For payment plans, commissions are calculated only on each payment received, not on the full contract amount in advance.
Referral Tracking
Referral links are tracked for 90 days. When more than one Referral Partner refers the same person, the commission will be credited according to the referral tracking recorded by the system.
Commission Approval and Payment
Commissions are approved after the client’s payment has cleared and any applicable refund period has passed. Approved commissions are paid through PayPal using the payment email provided by the Referral Partner.
Refunds and Cancellations
No commission is earned on refunded, canceled, disputed, reversed, or unpaid transactions. If a commission has already been paid on a refunded transaction, that amount may be deducted from future commissions.
Self-Referrals
Referral Partners may not earn commissions on their own purchases.
Promotion
Referral Partners may share their referral link through personal introductions, email, social media, or other appropriate channels. Promotions must be truthful and must not make guarantees or claims that Sharon Hess has not authorized.
Referral Partners may not use spam, misleading advertising, impersonation, or any unlawful promotional method.
Independent Relationship
Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship. Referral Partners are responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings.
Program Changes
Sharon Hess may modify or discontinue the Referral Partner Program at any time. Any eligible commissions earned before a change or termination will still be honored.
Acceptance
By registering as a Referral Partner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
